Revealing Colors’ 24-hour Cancellation/Rebooking Policy* 

It is important to be respectful of one another’s time, and therefore Revealing Colors has a 24-hour cancellation/rebooking policy. You can cancel or reschedule sessions, up to 24 hours in advance, through the client login or via email to julie@revealingcolors.com.

Unexpected things happen, and if you have an emergency or are running late for your scheduled appointment, please let me know via phone or email at your earliest convenience. As a courtesy, appointments will be rescheduled on short notice only once, and multiple, last-minute rescheduling requests will result in the cancellation and forfeit of the session.

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule, are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, or are a no-show for your scheduled session, your payment is forfeited, and the session will not be rescheduled.
